Margo McClimans of Coaching Without Borders GmbH ran a workshop on Personal Branding for members of the Project Management Institute’s Switzerland chapter. The session took place in February of 2019 at the HWZ Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich.
People have a personal brand already, whether they know it or not. This workshop gave participants a chance to understand what impression they leave by receiving feedback from each other. Margo also provided participants time for reflection about the Personal Brand that they aspire to have. She also raised the awareness about the relative importance of Performance, Image and Exposure on Personal Brand.
