You want to be an inspirational leader, you want to feel confident, you have to deal with difficult personalities and situations.
Online courses and books can only take you so far. Knowing the theory is valuable, but true growth comes from practical experience and real-time feedback. To truly understand how you respond to various situations, you need first hand practice and insights.
Our training programs are conducted in intimate group settings and provide valuable, personalized feedback from certified coaches. We also integrate peer consulting and accountability partners to support you as you apply what you have learned. You’ll be empowered to become a better leader, not just through theoretical knowledge, but with practical skills you can apply from day one.
Coaching Without Borders® Leadership Training process is as follows:

Participants get nominated by their manager or P&O (HR) Business Partner

Participants set goals for their development around the topic and share them with their manager or other supportive stakeholder. This may also be formed as a motivation letter.

Participants get accepted to the program and receive a welcome email with an overview of the learning outcomes and high-level agenda.

Fill out pre-questionnaires or surveys (depending on the topic).

Full-Immersion Experiential Workshop Delivery.

Accountability Partners: Buddy Groups are created.

Post-module assignments are undertaken during daily business and progress shared with weekly Buddy Group meetings.

Follow-up module where participants can share their progress, learnings, and plan for their next steps.
