Simone Stoffel

Simone holds a master’s degree in Psychology and is a passionate work and organizational psychologist. She has been in the area of learning & development for more than 10 years. Since 2017, she has also been active as a certified coach focusing on career development, leadership and executive coaching.

Thanks to her broad professional experience and own leadership background in corporate environments she has a good understanding of organizational challenges and potential conflicts in complex as well as agile systems.

The heart of Simone’s work lies in strengthening people’s resources and potential. Her client’s self-efficacy and ability to develop and the resulting outcomes fascinate and inspire her again and again. She helps people reflect on their goals, consider personal values and build on their strengths. She provides enough space and time for reflection so that the identified topics can be concretely tackled with goal- oriented actions. With a broad repertoire of methods and working with a systemic and solution-oriented background she has a rich toolbox to support you on your development journey.

Simone loves to learn, stay curious and look beyond. It’s central to her to create the necessary space to improvise, try things out and experiment – that’s the space she holds for you in the coaching sessions. As a very humorous person, she is also convinced that fun and playfulness are conducive to a positive development process and should not be neglected.

She lives with her husband and their little daughter, who is just as much of a bundle of energy as her mother in Zurich. Besides her family, she loves piano music, literature, surprises and good nights out with friends!
