Margo holds an MBA in International Business (2003) and a BA in International Relations (1999). She is also a graduate of the Co-Active Leadership Program.
As an ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC, in progress), Margo has been training and coaching global leaders since 2005. She has worked with over 2,500 clients from more than 50 nationalities and collaborated with over 50 companies across industries including financial services, consulting, luxury retail, engineering, pharmaceuticals, and high tech.
Over the years, Margo has designed and led numerous leadership programs while coaching top executives and teams at Fortune 100 companies. She is also a guest lecturer and keynote speaker at business schools and international conferences.
Margo helps her clients develop courage and confidence, believing that fear and insecurity are the root causes of uncollaborative and destructive behavior. She is the author of the book The Four Channels of Confidence: How to Cultivate and Radiate Self-Assurance and owns and operates Coaching Without Borders GmbH, under the motto, “Encouraging Courage.”
Before and alongside her coaching career, Margo worked in the natural stone industry. She began as a Purchasing Manager and later ran her own import-export brokerage company, International Stone Consultancy, based in Italy. Earlier in her career, she worked for Bank One Investment Advisors in customer service and for a small Italian software firm in marketing.
Margo lives in Zürich, Switzerland, with her family of six. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, skiing, hiking, practicing Bikram Yoga, and participating in improv theater.
